Well, I know it’s been a while since I’ve written, so let me catch you up:
I’m officially living tiny!
Though the trailer isn’t complete, the lease on our apartment was over, so I packed everything up, found a place to park myself, and moved on in.
There is still much work to be done, but so far, I love the new tiny life!
My first 72 hours have been eventful – they have included thunderstorms, hail storms, gail force winds, unpacking, rearranging, continued downsizing, and my first commute in over a year. Also, a lose fitting on the toilet (flooding, yay!), an issue with the water heater (cold showers, anyone), and a flat tire.
I have enjoyed the whole thing, though, I probably could have done without a few of the hiccups. But, I remind myself, this is part of tiny life.
Honestly, I am so excite about what the future holds, and being able to learn the way of tiny living. Going forward I will share with you more of what I learn, because, I know I’m not the only one out there interested in tiny living and a minimalism lifestyle.
So, lets continue this journey together, and learn the way of tiny living.
I’ll leave you with photos of the adventure so far:
Have you ever thought of going tiny? Or, do you already live tiny? How about just minimalist? What do you think is/would be the hardest part? What is/would be the best part? Could you do it? Any advice for a new tiny-lifer?
